By downloading or using this app you agree to these terms. "We" means the developer of the app; "you" means the person using it.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, disassemble or modify the app, extract or redistribute its built-in content packs, illustrations or character artwork on their own, or circumvent the paywall.

2. Accounts and data

The app has no account system. Everything you enter is stored only on your device (and in any backups you export yourself or place in your own iCloud), so keeping it safe is your responsibility. The app writes an on-device snapshot automatically every day, but uninstalling the app deletes all data on the device — export a backup before uninstalling or changing phones. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Paid items

• Pro (one-time purchase): a non-consumable item. Pay once and it stays valid for life under the same store account, unlocking every advanced feature listed on the in-app purchase page. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically; later price changes do not affect what you already own.
• Expert skill packs: one-time items priced per topic that make the AI assistant more capable on that topic. Skill packs are not included in Pro and include no model inference quota; model costs are settled between you and your provider.
• Prices are shown by each app store for your region and may differ with exchange rates, taxes and store price tiers.

Purchases, refunds and invoices are handled by the app store (Apple, Google or Huawei), not by us. After changing phones or reinstalling, tap "Restore purchases" on the purchase page with the same store account to get your items back; you will not be charged twice.

4. AI features with your own API key

• AI features require an API key for a large-language-model provider of your choosing. Your relationship, costs and terms with that provider are between you and them, and any charges are yours to bear;
• requests go directly from your device to that provider; what is sent and the authorisation scope are described in section 4 of the Privacy Policy;
• AI output is for reference only and is not medical, psychological or educational professional advice; model output may be inaccurate, and whether to act on it is your judgement.

5. Your content

The text, photos and records you enter belong to you and are stored only on your device. Please make sure you hold the necessary rights to any photos you add.

6. Content sources and third-party assets

The built-in age-staged parenting content was compiled by the developer from publicly available paediatric, developmental-psychology and financial-literacy sources, and entries cite their sources. Licences and attributions for open-source fonts, icons and plugins are listed on the in-app "About" page.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" as a recording and general-information tool:

• growth curves, vaccine schedules, vision and dental records and other health content are not medical diagnosis or treatment advice; follow your doctor and qualified professionals;
• the parenting-style quiz and child personality observations are self-assessment and observation tools for parents, not psychological evaluations;
• the personality growth simulator is a trend simulation based on psychological research and not a prediction about any specific child;
• reminders depend on the device's notification and alarm permissions and on system battery policies, and are not guaranteed to arrive on time on every model; do not rely on them alone for critical matters such as medication.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss; our total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for the app.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the app, add or remove features, or adjust pricing. Items you bought outright are not invalidated by later price changes. If we stop maintaining the app, versions already installed keep working on your device and local data is unaffected.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the developer's jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights granted by the law where you live are not affected by this clause.

10. Changes to these terms and contact
