Effective 2 September 2026 · Applies to DressWell (穿好衣) for iOS and Android

By downloading or using DressWell you agree to these terms. "We" means the developer of this app; "you" means the person using it. If you disagree with any part of it, please do not use the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the app's source code or assets; redistribute or sell the app or its built-in 3D assets; or circumvent the paywall or forge purchase receipts.

2. Accounts and your data

The app has no account system. Your avatar, looks and uploaded garments are stored on your device, which makes their safekeeping yours: please keep your own backups (iOS users can enable iCloud backup). We cannot recover data lost to a lost or damaged device, an uninstall or a system cleanup — we hold no copy. See the Privacy Policy.

3. Paid items

Pro: a one-time, non-consumable purchase that lasts forever under the same store account. It unlocks unlimited outfit changes, unlimited saved looks, and uploading your own clothes and props from photos.
Stylist skill packs: each pack is priced separately and is not included in Pro. Packs are also permanent once bought.
The free tier is genuinely usable: every built-in garment, hairstyle and hat, plus unlimited body and face shaping.
Prices are shown by each app store for your region and may differ with exchange rates, taxes and store pricing tiers.

Purchases, refunds and invoices are handled by the app store (Apple, Google or Huawei), not by us. Request refunds under the policy of the store you bought from. After changing or reinstalling on a device, tap Restore purchase on the paywall and sign in with the same store account to get your entitlement back; you are not charged twice.

4. Bring-your-own-key AI features

The app's AI features require you to configure a third-party model provider yourself. You should understand that:

your relationship with that provider, including fees and terms, is between the two of you, and any cost incurred is yours;
paid skill packs buy prompt templates and include no AI inference credit;
styling suggestions are for reference and are not professional styling, medical or financial advice;
model output can be wrong. Whether to act on it is your judgement.

5. Content you upload

Photos you take or choose remain yours. We acquire no rights over them, because they never reach us. Please make sure you hold the necessary rights to what you upload, and do not upload content that infringes others' rights or breaks the law where you are.

6. Third-party assets and attribution

Some built-in 3D garments and hairstyles come from the MakeHuman community and Sketchfab under CC-BY or CC0 licences; the full credit list is in the app under Settings → About. Those assets remain under their authors' original licences, which these terms do not alter.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". 3D try-on is a geometric approximation and is not a guarantee of real-world fit: actual cut, fabric drape and individual differences all affect how a garment sits. Treat it as a reference, not a conclusion. We are not responsible for purchasing decisions you make using the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the app.

8. Changes and discontinuation

We may update the app, add or remove features, or change prices. Entitlements from one-time purchases already made are not revoked by later price changes. If we stop maintaining the app, the version you have installed keeps working on your device and your local data is unaffected.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you use the app elsewhere, this clause does not affect mandatory consumer rights granted to you by the law of your own jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms, and contact
