How do I restore my purchases?

Main menu → Royal StoreRestore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. The three permanent items (Royal Patron Pack, Court Portrait Codex, Gilded Harem Theme) are restored. Consumables (Writs of Pardon, War Supplies, Legacy Points) are not restorable, per Apple policy.

Where are my saves? Will I lose them on a new device?

All saves — legacy points, achievements, purchase record — are stored only on your device and never uploaded. Deleting the app deletes them, and they don't auto-migrate to a new device. Your permanent purchases can always be recovered on a new device via Restore Purchases.

How do revives work?

When any resource hits zero, you get 2 free "resource-trade" revives per run (paying a third of another resource). After those are spent, a Writ of Pardon revives you once more — one per run. Writs also drop for free on day 7 of the Daily Court check-in streak.

How do I unlock Napoleonic Conquest?

Reach the "Breaker" rank (around turn 30), hoard 800+ total resources, or simply survive past week 3 — any one opens the war room from the Royal Dock.

How do I change the language?

Use the language dropdown on the main menu — English / 简体中文 / 日本語 / 한국어, applied instantly.

My purchase didn't arrive.

Check your connection and restart the game first — unfinished transactions auto-complete on launch. If it still hasn't arrived, email us with your Apple receipt (Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Purchase History) and we'll sort it out quickly.

How do I request a refund?

App Store payments are handled by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID you purchased with.
